Kim is an anesthesia provider with experience caring for patients across ambulatory surgery centers and perioperative settings. Having lived in Phoenix for 20 years, she has built strong connections within the local healthcare community.
Her clinical approach emphasizes patient safety, efficiency, clear communication, and a calm presence in the operating room. She is passionate about creating a smooth perioperative experience for both patients and surgical teams.
Outside of work, Kim is an adventurous eater who enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines with her husband and two boys.
Patrick Nugent, CRNA
Patrick is an experienced anesthesia provider who delivers high-quality perioperative care across diverse clinical settings, including major hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and critical access facilities.
His anesthesia practice emphasizes high-quality, versatile care tailored to meet the needs of surgeons while maintaining a strong patient-centered approach.
A proud United States Air Force veteran, he served for 13 years, gaining valuable discipline, leadership, and clinical skills that continue to shape his commitment to excellence in patient care and team performance.
Kirk Sanford, CRNA
Kirk is a certified registered nurse anesthesiologist for 13 years and has cared for patients throughout the Phoenix Valley for nearly a decade. His background includes advanced structural heart, electrophysiology, and Level I trauma care, as well as extensive experience in regional anesthesia for orthopedic surgery. Today, his practice also includes oral and maxillofacial surgery, office-based dental anesthesia, plastic surgery, pain management, and high-volume ambulatory surgery.
His clinical approach emphasizes patient safety, efficiency, and clear communication while delivering dependable, high-quality anesthesia care. Kirk is passionate about creating a seamless perioperative experience for both patients and surgical teams.
Outside of work, Kirk enjoys spending time with his family, staying fit and active, discovering great restaurants and wines, and continuing to advance anesthesia care throughout Arizona.
Kelley Tennant, CRNA
